С.; Prosvetov, Yu. V.; Barinov, S. S.; Yatsenko, О. В.; Boev, S. S.
Short-acting bronchodilators are prescribed for the treatment of exacerbations and/or maintenance therapy of broncho-obstructive diseases
on demand, to reduce the severity of shortness of breath and/or increase exercise tolerance. The combination of the two active substances allows
the use of smaller doses of drugs, minimizing the risk of adverse events.
The appointment of short-acting bronchodilators for immediate elimination of symptoms is possible in asthma patients receiving basic therapy
with inhaled corticosteroids. For the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, short-acting bronchodilators can be
used as the main drugs for treating patients of group A, as well as for relieving symptoms that occur during the use of long-acting bronchodilators.
A simple and convenient way of using such agents is nebulizer therapy, which in some cases is the only way to deliver a drug to the site of inflammation.

In prospective study, which included 35 patients with a
protracted course of community-acquired pneumonia and 35
patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, we performed microbiological
cultures of lavage liquid from a segmental bronchus, located within
infiltration area. Is was established, that microbiological cultures
were not useful mean of differential diagnosis since in current
indications there was no growth of pathogens as a rule.

43 case histories of patients treated in Zaporizhya regional
clinical tuberculosis dispensary have been analyzed.
It has been founded that most side effects are related
to the syndrome of restoration of immune response
and occur in patients with severe immunodeficiency. In
most cases, ART has a positive influence both on the
course of both AIDS and tuberculosis.
