Вивчення думки студентів є добрим стимулом вдосконалення навчального процесу, поліпшення роботи адміністрації і викладачів. У ЗДМУ проведено анкетування студентів спеціальності «стоматологія». Респонденти відповідали на запитання анкети добровільно і анонімно. Анкета складалася з 28 питань, які згруповані в ряд функціональних блоків, що дозволяють охарактеризувати ставлення респондентів до університету, дати оцінку стану організації та якості навчального процесу та відношення студентів до нього, розкрити переваги і виявити можливі недоліки, а також провести аналіз побажань і пропозицій респондентів. Результати проведеного анкетування показали, що ситуація з організацією навчального процесу, якістю викладання зі спеціальності «стоматологія» у ЗДМУ в цілому знаходиться на достатньому рівні. Summary. The method of sociological questionnaire is used to analyze the status and trends of the learning process. The study of student’s opinion is a good motivation to improve the ducational process and the work of the administration and lecturers. The students’ questionnaire of the specialty “Dentistry” was held in ZSMU. Respondents were answering the questions voluntarily and anonymously. The questionnaire included 28 questions, grouped into a number offunctional units that allow to characterize the attitude of the respondents in regard to the university, evaluate the status and quality of the learning process and the student’s attitude, discover the advantages and identify possible defects and also analyze the desires and suggestions of the respondents. The first case, Patient A, 47 years old, diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and receiving chemotherapy went to the clinic of the Medical University, complains of pain in the lower right jaw, discharge from the fistula, headache and weakness, which appeared few days later.
