O.; Панасенко, Олександр Іванович; Щербина, Роман Олександрович; Сафонов, Андрій Андрійович; Куліш, Сергій Миколайович; Федотов, Сергій Олегович Аннотация: The discipline "Occupational Safety in the Industry" at Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University (ZSMPhU) plays a crucial role in the professional training of future healthcare specialists, including laboratory assistants, medical laboratory scientists, pharmacists, and cosmetologist-pharmacists. In peaceful conditions, the course traditionally focuses on identifying occupational hazards, organizing safe workplaces, preventing accidents, and complying with national labor protection standards. However, the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 radically transformed the educational environment. The introduction of martial law imposed new requirements not only on the content of the discipline but also on the methodology of its delivery. Teachers were forced to rapidly adapt the curriculum to wartime realities, integrating topics such as behavior during shelling, civil defense procedures, response to radiation and chemical threats, evacuation protocols, and first aid in conditions of limited resources. The aim of this study was to analyze the pedagogical experience of teaching occupational safety under martial law, outlining both the applied approaches and the key challenges encountered in the process. Дисципліна «Охорона праці в галузі» у Запорізькому державному медико-фармацевтичному університеті (ЗДМФУ) відіграє важливу роль у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців охорони здоров’я, зокрема фельдшерів-лаборантів, медичних лаборантів, провізорів та провізорів-косметологів. У мирний час курс традиційно зосереджується на виявленні виробничих ризиків, організації безпечних умов праці, запобіганні нещасним випадкам та дотриманні національних стандартів охорони праці. Однак повномасштабне вторгнення Росії в Україну у 2022 році докорінно змінило освітнє середовище. Запровадження воєнного стану висунуло нові вимоги не лише до змісту дисципліни, а й до методів її викладання. Викладачі були змушені оперативно адаптувати навчальні програми до реалій війни, інтегрувавши теми поведінки під час обстрілів, заходів цивільного захисту, реагування на радіаційні та хімічні загрози, протоколів евакуації та надання першої допомоги в умовах обмежених ресурсів. Аннотация: Метою нашої роботи є синтез нових сполук – похідних 4-аміно-5-(4- третбутилфеніл)-4Н-1,2,4-триазол-3-тіолу, дослідження їхніх протимікробних властивостей та встановлення деяких закономірностей залежності «структура – дія». Wide and uncontrolled use of antibiotics and antimicrobial drugs among the population led to increase of resistance of microorganisms. So even slight infections and injuries can lead to serious consequences. Analysis of the current literature of organic synthesis showed that one of the most promising classes for synthesis of new drugs is the class of 1,2,4-triazole. This class of chemical compounds is well established in clinical practice owing to wide spectrum of biological activities (antimicrobial, hypotensive, antispasmodic, etc.) and a small amount of side effects. The aim of the work is the synthesis of new compounds – derivatives of 4-amino-5-(4-tertbutylphenyl)- 4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol, investigation of their antimicrobial properties and establishment certain patterns of dependence «structure–action». Objects of investigations were the salt – the derivatives of 4-amino-5-(4-tertbutylphenyl)-4H-1,2,4- triazole-3-thiol. During the work elemental analysis, chromatography-mass-spectrometric investigation, 1H-NMR spectroscopy, the methods of synthesis and were carried out and was investigated the antimicrobial activity of the test compounds. Researches have established some dependence «structure–action» and have identified compounds whose antimicrobial activity exceeded the indicators of the reference preparation – chlorhexidine. In the result of researches original methods of synthesis derivatives of 4-amino-5-(4-tertbutylphenyl)-4H- 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol was suggested, promising compounds which exhibit an antimicrobial action was revealed and some regularity «structure–action» was installered. 2014-01-01T00:00:00Z
