Аннотация: ABSTRACT Background: In connection with the widespread of simultaneous surgical interventions, there is an insignificant number of works, indicating the deterioration of perioperative condition and subsequent rehabilitation of patients after such operations. Aims: To conduct a comparative assessment of the quality of life of patients after simultaneous and isolated surgical interventions using a survey using a standardised questionnaire "SF – 36". Materials and methods: The leading group included 35 patients with combined pathology of the thyroid gland (TG) and cholelithiasis (CL) / gallbladder polyposis who underwent simultaneous operations. The comparison group included 35 patients with thyroid disease who underwent isolated interventions. Six months following the surgery, the patients of both groups were interviewed using a questionnaire "SF-36". Results: The level of physical health of patients of the main group was estimated at 49.4 ± 4.1 points. In patients of the comparison group the physical health index was 47.9 ± 3.8 points, U = 461.0; p = 0.076. Mental health index in patients of the main group was at the level of 46.9 ± 3.5 points; comparison group - 45.4 ± 3.9 points, U = 587.0; p = 0.769. Conclusions: The level of physical health of patients after simultaneous surgical interventions in the postoperative period statistically does not differ from the same indicator in patients who underwent isolated operations: U = 461.0; p = 0.076. The indicator of mental health in patients of the main group does not differ statistically from its level in the comparison group: U = 587.0; p = 0.769. Simultaneous surgical interventions in patients with thyroid pathology do not worsen the quality of life of patients compared with isolated operations. Проблема краси та моди в сучасних реаліях не можлива без пластичної та естетичної хірургії, яка стала невід’ємною складовою сучасного суспільства. Зростають вимоги до якості проведення абдомінопластики: пацієнтки стали більш вимогливими, тому вибір оптимального виду операції який буде відповідати об’єму та характеру корекції має дуже важливе значення, що в подальшому вирішить їх естетичні проблеми. Мета. Проаналізувати основні причини вторинних естетичних реконструктивних операцій при нижній контурній деформації тулуба, а також вибрати оптимальне оперативне втручання, яке дозволить скорегувати область живота та суміжні анатомо-функціональні ділянки. Матеріал і методи. Нами проведений аналіз лікування 23 пацієнток, яким проведена вторинна естетична реконструктивна абдомінопластика при нижній контурній деформації тулуба. Всі оперативні втручання виконувались в лікувальних закладах України, а також близького та далекого зарубіжжя. Від моменту первинної операції пройшло від 6 до 48 місяців. Пацієнтки амбулаторно обстежені, проведені клініко-лабораторні, інструментальні, променеві методи діагностики, оглянуті гінекологом, терапевтом, а також за показаннями – іншими спеціалістами. Introduction. The problem of beauty and fashion in modern realities is not possible without plastic and aesthetic surgery, which has become an integral part of modern society. The requirements for the quality of abdominoplasty are increasing: patients have become more demanding, so the choice of the optimal type of operation that will correspond to the volume and nature of the correction is very important, which will further solve their aesthetic problems. Objective. To analyze the main reasons for secondary aesthetic reconstructive surgeries in lower trunk contour deformity, and to select the most optimal surgical intervention that will allow to correct the abdominal area, as well as adjacent anatomical and functional areas. Material and methods and their discussion. We analyzed the treatment of 23 patients who underwent secondary aesthetic reconstructive abdominoplasty for lower trunk contour deformity. All surgical interventions were performed in medical institutions in Ukraine, as well as in near and far abroad. From 6 to 48 months passed from the moment of the primary operation. Patients were examined on an outpatient basis, clinical and laboratory, instrumental, and radiological diagnostic methods were performed, and they were examined by a gynecologist, a therapist, and also by other specialists as indicated.
