The first case, Patient A, 47 years old, diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and receiving chemotherapy went to the clinic of the Medical University, complains of pain in the lower right jaw, discharge from the fistula, headache and weakness, which appeared few days later. Particular attention is given to the Anthropocene and wartime conditions, where environmental degradation and chronic stress intensify carcinogenic pressure. The exposomic approach is positioned as a conceptual foundation for preventive medicine, 5P medicine, and contemporary medical ethics.
