Оцінювали здатність щурів до навчання та запам’ятовування аверсивного стимулу в тесті умовної реакції пасивного уникання (УРПУ) в умовах експериментальної установки «Човникова камера». Стан антиоксидантної системи вивчали за показниками рівнів супероксиддисмутази (СОД), відновленого глутатіону та глутатіонпероксидази (ГПР). Для встановлення рівня оксидативного стресу визначали маркери окисненої модифікації білків – альдегідфенілгідразони (АФГ) і карбоксилфенілгідразони (КФГ). Timely diagnosis and management of cognitive disorders, which are both a marker and a predictor of more serious pathology, is a significant challenge in the treatment of several conditions, including arterial hypertension. Aim. To establish the relationship between the indicators of oxidative stress in rat brain tissues and cognitive function status in experimental arterial hypertension and against the background of medical correction of elevated arterial pressure with β-blockers of different generations. Materials and methods. The ability of animals to learn and remember an aversive stimulus was evaluated in the conditioned passive avoidance response test in a “Shuttle Chamber” experimental setup. The state of the antioxidant system was studied using indicators of the levels of superoxide dismutase, reduced glutathione and glutathione peroxidase. To determine the level of oxidative stress, markers of oxidized modification of proteins were determined – aldehyde phenylhydrazones (APH) and carboxyl phenylhydrazones (CPH). Аннотация: статті висвітлено основні етапи розвитку фармацевтичної освіти у Сполучених Штатах Америки та проаналізовано трансформацію її змісту відповідно до еволюції професійної ролі фармацевта. Обґрунтовано, що звернення до історичного досвіду фармацевтичної освіти є важливим чинником формування професійної ідентичності та компетентності майбутніх фахівців, а також необхідним елементом акредитаційних вимог освітніх програм підготовки доктора фармації. На основі аналізу наукових джерел і рекомендацій професійних організацій систематизовано періодизацію розвитку американської освіти – від доінстутиційного періоду аптечного учнівства до сучасного клініко-провайдерського періоду. Показано, що становлення університетської моделі підготовки, стандартизація навчальних програм, запровадження ступеня бакалавра, а потім й доктора фармації стали визначальними чинниками професіоналізації галузі. Окрему увагу приділено впливу клінічної парадигми на зміст освіти, трансформації навчальних планів, а також зміні статусу гуманітарних дисциплін, зокрема історії фармації. Простежено, як реформаторські ініціативи професійних асоціацій сприяли посиленню клінічної орієнтації підготовки, переходу до пацієнтоорієнтованої моделі фармацевтичної допомоги. The article highlights the main stages in the development of pharmaceutical education in the USA. Moreover, it analyzes the transformation in its content within the evolution of the professional role of pharmacists. Note that the reference to the historical experience of pharmaceutical education is an important factor in shaping professional identity and competences of future specialists as well as a crucial component of accreditation requirements for Doctor of Pharmacy programs. Based on the analysis of scientific references and recommendations from professional organizations, the authors have systematized the periodization of American pharmaceutical education – from the pre-institutional period of apprenticeship in the drug stores to the contemporary provider era. Besides, the authors have demonstrated that the establishment of the university-based model of training, the curricula standardization, the bachelor’s degree introduction, and later the Doctor of Pharmacy were decisive factors in the professionalization of the field. Attention has been paid to the influence of the clinical paradigm on educational content, curriculum transformations and the changing status of the humanities, especially the history of pharmacy.
