Особливості перебігу та діагностики первинної аденокарциноми легені при залишкових змінах туберкульозу легень із розширеною лікарською стійкістю (клінічний випадок)

Abstract

Мета: ознайомлення фахівців-практиків з клінічними особливостями перебігу та діагностики первинної аденокарциноми легені при залишкових змінах туберкульозу легень із розширеною лікарською стійкістю (РР-ТБ). Матеріали і методи: описано клінічний випадок спостереження поєднаного перебігу первинної аденокарциноми легені при залишкових змінах РР-ТБ. Purpose: To familiarize physicianspractitioners with the clinical course and diagnostics features of the of primary lung adenocarcinoma at residual changes of pulmonary tuberculosis with extensively drug resistance (XDR-TB). Materials and methods: The clinical case of own observation of the combined course of primary lung adenocarcinoma at XDR-TB residual changes is described. Results: A patient had fibrosis in the upper lobe of the right lung after XDR-TB and thoracoplasty that was done 5 years ago. He complained of nagging pain in this area a year ago. According to a computer tomography scan of the chest cavity a year ago, a neurinoma was suspected. In the present case, the tumor size did not increase over the year, but the intensity of pain increased.
