| Аннотация: | This study analyzed the clinical and anamnestic characteristics and the course of pregnancy in 64 women at high risk for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, who were allocated to groups receiving either combined or standard prophylaxis. The frequency of obstetric complications was assessed, alongside the effectiveness of the prophylactic approaches and their impact on gestational outcomes. |
