| Аннотация: | A study of 100 patients with chronic circulatory insufficiency indicates that the cardiac glucosides erisimine and eriside possess similar strength and duration of action, being much inferior to strophanthine. Among the valuable properties of erisimine is its good tolerance, the possibility of its use in bradycardia and its favourable effect on the coronary blood circulation. The urinary excretion of aldosterone decreased significantly under the effect of strophanthine. Strophanthine does not exert direct effect on the adrenal secretion of sodiumretaining hormone; it decreases aldosteronism by means of improvement of the hemodynamics. |
