Трансформація менеджменту в системи охорони здоров’я за умов соціокультурної кризи

Abstract

Актуальність проблеми управлінської активності в системі охорони здоров’я пов’язана з необхідністю трансформувати сталі основи менеджменту відповідно до поточних соціокультурних викликів та загроз. Зазначається, що менеджмент в медичній сфері реагує на соціокультурні реалії через взаємопов’язаність сучасної біопсихосоціальної моделі здоров’я. Система управління в закладі охорони здоров’я будь-якого рівня не може бути ізольованою та керуватися автономними принципами. Медична сфера тісно взаємодіє з суспільно-політичними, соціально-економічними та культурно- громадськими процесами, що зумовлює потребу в узгодженні управлінської стратегії всіх вказаних кластерів. The relevance of the problem of managerial activity in the healthcare system is related to the need to transform the established foundations of management in accordance with current socio-cultural challenges and threats. It is noted that management in the medical field responds to socio-cultural realities through the interconnectedness of the modern biopsychosocial model of health. The management system in a healthcare institution of any level cannot be isolated and governed by autonomous principles. The medical field interacts closely with socio-political, socioeconomic, and cultural-social processes, which necessitates the coordination of the management strategy of all these clusters. The purpose of this scientific research is to highlight the institutional and human elements of management transformation in the medical field. The results of the article determine the nature of hierarchical changes in the management vertical under the pressure of socio-cultural circumstances; reveal the nature of new interaction at the level of manager-subordinate in the medical community; and propose an innovative model of informational, communicative, and digital support for management activities in the healthcare sector. A distinctive feature of management in the medical sector is the need to comply with both economic laws and regulations and the specific nature of management in this sector. The sociocultural crisis exacerbates instability in certain segments of the management paradigm, while at the same time stimulating synergistic management and coordination of medical, economic, and social dimensions. Therefore, management in the context of a sociocultural crisis requires new management decisions and formats that will preserve the value-target constants of the industry's activities. This period of turbulence is characterized by hierarchical change with the actualization of flexible horizontal management models, synergistic interaction between management and subordinates, new value- and goal-oriented management principles, and active use of information and digital communication resources for management.
