Анализ "клинических задач-клонов" для изучения педиатрии: сущность, дидактические функции

Abstract

Вирішення практичних задач – одна із складових процесу формування клінічного мислення. Метою роботи було визначити сутність поняття, дидактичні функції та визначити підходи до складння задач- клонів для вивчення педіатрії. Методи дослідження: аналіз літератури, досвіду. Результати. Під задачами-клонами пропонується розуміти завдання ідентичні за складністю, способу вирішення, рівноцінні за важкістю. Аналіз дозволив виділити основні підходи до складання задач-клонів для вивчення педіатрії. Пропонується інтеграція форм навчання та контролю, необхідність індивідуалізації. Висновки. Основне призначення «задач-клонів» - організація контролю знань як зовнішнього, так і самоконтролю. Крім того, рішення даних завдань сприяє формуванню алгоритмів дій, дозволить закріпити знання та вміння студента. Solving practical tasks is one of the components contributing to the development of clinical thinking. The aim of the work was to identify the essence of the concept, didactic function and to determine methods of drawing up clone tasks in pediatrics to train medical students. The methods included analysis of the literature and experience gained. Results. Clone tasks were suggested to be defined as problems identical in their complexity, the method of solution and the theoretical basis, as well as equal in difficulty. The analysis allowed us to identify the main approaches in drawing up pediatric "clone tasks". Their wide implementation in class activity requires the integration of learning and control and student-centred approach as well. Conclusions. The main purpose of "clone task" consists in providing the control of knowledge, both external and self-control. Moreover, the solution of these problems contributes to the development of action algorithms, allows consolidating the students’ knowledge and skills.
