Ефективність лікування та профілактика алергічних ускладнень у хворих на туберкульоз легень

Abstract

Observations of 684 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) are based on specifying some problems of medicinal allergy pathogenesis – there has been determined the state of immune system in PTB patients with good tolerance of specific drugs and with their allergic side-effects. For the first time there has been ellaborated and grounded the system of measurements as for the prophylaxy and elimination of medicinal allergy to antituberculous preparations of different groups of PTB patients (prolonged non-specific hyposensibility, specific hyposensibility combined with prolonged non-specific hyposensibility, discrete plasmapheresis combined with prolonged non-specific hyposensibility). For the first time there have been determined new approaches to using immunocorrective drugs in PTB patients with medicinal allergy. There have been also suggested approaches to chemotherapy of PTB patients with concomitant gastric and duodenal ulcer and liver pathology.
