| Аннотация: | The article presents the results of a research of cardiac symptoms' dynamics in patients with toxic goiter whom a resection or extirpation of the thyroid gland were performed. The pathology of conducting heart system, echocardiographic investigations before the operation and their dynamics in the remote postoperative period depending on the hormonal status of the patient were studied. Despite the prevailing opinion of cardiac symptoms convertibility in patients with toxic goiter we proved that in the remote postoperative period these changes are irreversible in 20% of patients as the result of myodystrophic cardiosclerosis. |
