Abstract

У статті аналізується роль сучасний цифрових технологій у педагогічному спілкуванні в сучасному освітньому середовищі. Було розглянуто ключові аспекти, такі як новітні інформаційні та мультимедійні технології, комунікативні навички, взаємодія, взаєморозуміння, мотивація та їх вплив на навчальний процес та формування майбутнього фахівця. Особлива увага приділяється двостроннім комунікаціям на заняттях студента та викладача в процесі у навчання. Стаття також включає аналіз набуття практичних навичок в умовах дистанційного навчання за рахунок інтерактивних ресурсів. Improving the educational process through the introduction of modern information technologies is the goal of our work Students are trained in the issues of diagnosis and the choice of treatment tactics during practical classes when analyzing the material for each topic of the class, discussing diagnostic and treatment measures for a child with a surgical disease. Distance classes in the format of "video communication" allow you to demonstrate the technique of surgery, manipulations in a live format and answer questions with comments, etc. They give the student the opportunity to acquire the necessary practical skills that he must learn; in turn, the teacher can quickly and objectively analyze the student's preparation and knowledge, clearly distinguish when the student has just memorized the material and when he is prepared with a deep understanding of the topic. This form of education contributes to the development of clinical thinking of future doctors, teaches to perceive and analyze information online. After all, the competence of a doctor consists in the ability to acquire and use knowledge, to structure it with the help of clinical thinking, to apply it in new,non-standard situations, in particular in the conditions of distance learning. The implementation of modern educational technologies in medical educational institutions requires new competencies. The latest information and multimedia technologies contribute to the effectiveness of the distance learning process in higher education medical institutions and its maximum approximation to stationary eye form, patient-oriented learning. Thanks to the effect of the originality of interactive methods with their correct organization, interest in the learning process grows, the study, analysis, generalization and creative use of the experience of implementing innovative educational technologies, which enrich pedagogical theory and practice with their unique contribution, become especially important.
