Організація самостійної роботи лікарів-інтернів в заочній інтернатурі

Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання організації самостійної роботи лікарів-інтернів педіатрів у заочній частині інтернатури на підставі аналізу методичної літератури та практичних напрацювань співробітників кафедри дитячих хвороб ФПО Запорізького державного медичного університету (ЗДМУ). Надається детальний опис різних варіантів позааудиторної роботи. Обговорені ті її форми, які, за нашим досвідом, найбільш адаптовані для занять із лікарями-інтернами в заочній інтернатурі та допоможуть базовим керівникам інтернів підготуватиосвіченого та кваліфікованого лікаря, готового до роботи в первинній ланці охорони здоров’я. В статье рассматриваются вопросы организации самостоятельной работы врачей-интернов педиатров в заочной части интернатуры на основании анализа методической литературы и практических наработок сотрудников кафедры детских болезней ФПО Запорожского государственного медицинского университета (ЗГМУ). Предлагается детальное описание различных вариантов внеаудиторной работы. Обсуждены те ее формы, которые, по нашему опыту, наиболее адаптированы для занятий с врачами-интернами в заочной интернатуре и помогут базовым руководителям интернов подготовить образованного и квалифицированного врача, готового к работе в первичном звене охраны здоровья. The main task of the internship is to prepare a young doctor to work independently in practical medicine. Especially in internship by correspondence most of the time is devoted to independent work of interns, so the supervisors have big responsibility in forming practical thinking of interns. The aim of research: Discuss the issue of interns’ independent work as doctors during their internship by correspondence. The results and their discussion: Independent work – is a planned and controlled study and research work fulfilled according to the instructions and under the methodological guidance of a teacher, but without his/her direct participation, during the specially designated term. The conditions necessary for the effective organization and implementation of independent internship are the following: the gradual introduction of various kinds of teacher’s regular consultations in various forms and obligatory systematic monitoring of the performed independent work. The important type of independent work is a required 24-hour duty at the clinic under the management of the supervisors or doctors. During the duty doctor-intern can experience in full the specifics of medical work, learn and work out practical skills, which he met during the classes. While studying by correspondence weekly interns’ conferences can be held where the reports on the work of each department within a week will be listened to. The reports are prepared under the supervision of direct supervisor. This type of independent work promotes professional and creative thinking, stimulates the formation and development of professional skills. An important aspect is the development of self-interest in the work with literature that can be worked out while preparing for seminars and writing essays. For the duration of the training each intern should prepare 11 abstracts, and report them at seminars and hospital conferences. A student’s preparation for writing the licensing examination “Step- 3; Medicine and pediatrics” is another part of his/her independent work. The use of modern computer technologies of distance education should be considered the type of extracurricular work. Teaching method using distance education technologies is based on interns’ independent course study. As a platform for placing materials, knowledge and skills control, the implementation of the interaction between teacher and intern the platform Moodle can be used. Research work of interns (RWI) – another form of extracurricular work. The theme of research is defined by the RWI research plan of the intern, which is composed by the performer with the teacher and the supervisor taking into consideration the real possibilities of its implementation in terms of training in full-time and part-time internship. The results of research work (RWI) interns report at scientific conferences and are taken into account while their certification. Conclusions. Thus, the extracurricular work of interns is a very important area in the formation of a young doctor. The opportunities to realize it are the greatest in the part-time internship. In the arsenal of a teacher-supervisor there are different forms of independent work, creative use of which will prepare an educated and qualified doctor, ready to work in the primary health care institutions.
